This page provides access to the online conference registration service through the Continuing Studies Department at the University of Victoria. By clicking the link below you can use the secure site to purchase your conference registration, pre-conference and post-conference workshops or both. 1. Pre- and post-conference workshops are open to the public and to conference delegates.

2. When using the secure registration site you will be asked to create a login (username and password). By creating this login you will be able to update your registration details as additional pre- and post-conference workshops become available. If you have previously registered for an event at the University of Victoria you do not need to create a new login - just follow the instructions at the top of the registration page.

3. If you plan on participating in pre- and post-conference workshops be sure to read the conference program page for descriptions and biographies of the presenter(s) before you register. After registering for the conference you will be notified by email when additional workshops are available to be added to your registration..

4. Cancellation Policy - A CDN $65 administrative fee is applicable if a conference registration is cancelled. For public participants in pre- and post-conference workshops only, the administrative fee for cancellation is $10. Cancellations after May 8, 2009 are not refundable - substitutions are encouraged.

5. Full conference registration includes the Friday night lecture at the McPherson Playhouse (Dr. Joan Borysenko), all plenaries, all in-conference presentations and workshops, nutrition breaks and one Saturday night reception ticket. One-day rates do not include the Friday night lecture.

6. The public can buy tickets to Dr. Joan Borysenko's public presentation on May 29, through the McPherson Playhouse box office. This event is included for full conference delegates. For public tickets call 250.386.6121 or toll-free 1.888.717.6121.
